A representative from Palm Island will welcome you in Barbados and will give you the necessary information for your flight to Union Island. You will not have to go through customs in Barbados, and will go straight to the inter-island flights Office.

The departure time from the hotel varies depending on the property but generally you must vacate 12:00 pm (noon). In the event that the departure time of the flight is late, the hotel strives to offer a hospitality room, however this service is not guaranteed, especially in high season.
Duty Free Shopping
Duty free shops are located in Barbados Airport. The Canadian residents are permitted to return to the country, free of customs duties, goods of CA $ 750 (after an absence of 7 days or more) per stay. After an absence of more than 48 hours, it is allowed to bring $ 200 CAD merchandise. A written declaration may be required. The adult is allowed 1.1 liters (40 ounces) of liquor and a carton of cigarettes. If you include cigarettes, tobacco sticks and loose tobacco in your personal statement, you will just see a partial exemption.
